My Fun Day at Blockhouse Bay Beach

As I was sitting inside my enormous green tent, I could see children playing on the playground and screaming which really gave me a headache. There was a crowd of families that had brought shelters and tents to put  up, just like us. I was eating delectable chicken fried rice that my mum had made. While I was sitting down, my mum, dad and brother were getting ready to go swimming as they had finished their lunch.”Hurry up and come”, they kept shouting. I could see many delicate  flowers. There were lots of trees surrounding me like pohutukawa trees and lots of other trees that I didn’t know the names of. I couldn’t really hear my family because of the annoying sounds of cicadas. The smell of the sea water was really nice.

It was a relaxing, fun and enjoyable paradise.
